Shandong Yongxin Packaging Group Co., Ltd., located in Yuncheng, Shandong – the capital of Chinese liquor packaging industry, was founded in 2013. After years of continuous innovation and hard work, the group now consists of Yuncheng Yongxin Packaging Co., Ltd., Yuncheng Hengxin Glaze Products Co., Ltd., Yuncheng Hengxin Transfer Paper Co., Ltd., Yuncheng Hengye Trading Co., Ltd., and Shandong Jujingfang Trading Co., Ltd. It is a comprehensive large-scale private enterprise integrating R&D, design, production, and sales of glass liquor bottles.
Yongxin Group covers an area of over 90,000 square meters with a registered capital of 60 million yuan and a total investment of over 200 million yuan. The company currently operates 3 kilns. The first and second phase projects are high-white glass (soda-lime glass) production lines, while the third phase project is crystal-white glass (flint glass/lead-free crystal glass) production lines, as well as multiple ordinary white glass (recycled glass) production lines. The deep processing lines are now in full operation.The group possesses 18 domestic advanced fully automatic 6S, 7S, 8S, 9S, and row machine glass bottle production lines, 12 annealing furnaces. It has fully established specialized and large-scale production lines for crystal-white glass (flint glass/lead-free crystal glass), high-white glass (soda-lime glass), ordinary white glass (recycled glass), and spray-painted bottles. The company can integrate over 60 product types for simultaneous production, covering more than 10,000 bottle shapes across eight series, with daily production exceeding 700,000 units.
